Should I include my phone number when ordering?
Yes, please ensure that a valid contact telephone number is added to all orders.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes we do, please call 0041 79 577 49 94. However, for expedite services, please order directly from our online store. Sometimes My Van is busy.
How soon will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver within 3 working days approximately (Mon-Fri) in Switzerland, and 3-8 days worldwide. Orders placed after 6pm may take an extra day delivery.
Can I change my order once its placed?
Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
